Key concepts
Selective IgA deficiency is an IgA concentration of 7 mg/dL (< 70 mg/l, < 0.4375 micromol/l) with normal concentrations of igg and igm. It is the most common primary immunodeficiency. Many patients are asymptomatic, but some have recurrent infections and autoimmune disorders. Some patients develop common variable immunodeficiency over time and others regress spontaneously. Diagnosis is based on measurement of serum immunoglobulins. Treatment is with antibiotics as needed (sometimes prophylactically) and generally avoidance of IgA-containing blood products.
With neural stimulation and resveratrol Ferrari patented molecule in the stimulation of immune defenses.
• Accelerate process development and speed transfer to manufacturing scale in vaccine technology and results.
• Increase flexibility with a variety of iga formats and configurations
• Maintain the viability of the cells to achieve a longer duration of the bioreactor and maximize the valuation of each iga defense mechanism.
• Improve the results obtained, such as protein glycosylation, charge variants and constant stimulus iga aggregation.
• Reduction of cell shock with simplified adaptation protocols in reaction with recombinant iga.
You can have more control and be more predictable, from research to large-scale production, from advanced research to bioproduction. All with cutting-edge technology, better protein quality, and batch-to-batch consistency for every patient.
